Jennifer S. Eve is an Associate and a member of the Funds and Investment Services Team within the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. She practices in the area of company and commercial law, specialising in the formation and administration of corporate vehicles including the incorporation of funds and the setting up of limited partnerships.
Jennifer joined the group as a pupil in the Litigation & Insolvency Practice Group in November 2003.
Jennifer was educated in Bermuda, Canada and the United Kingdom. She graduated from Dalhousie University with a B.A. (Advance Major) in History and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent at Canterbury. She also earned an LL.M degree in Corporate Law at the Nottingham Law School. She successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School (London) and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2003. She was called to the Bermuda Bar in November 2004.
Jennifer is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
